Kyle Cunningham

Kyle Cunningham is an entrepreneur and the founder and CEO of The Coffee Class, a Las Vegas based bakery bistro that blends premium specialty coffee with delicious brunch plates and artisan pastries. A lifelong Las Vegas resident and graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), Kyle began his career in the quick-service restaurant industry, where he was one of the youngest general managers in the history of Yum Brands, leading operations for KFC and A&W in the Las Vegas market. Then he began a 15-year career in residential and commercial real estate. Kyle’s global travels also exposed him to vibrant coffee cultures that didn’t yet exist in his hometown. Motivated by that experience, he founded The Coffee Class in 2019 to elevate the local coffee scene with a concept that prioritizes great coffee, great food, and genuine connection.

Under his leadership, The Coffee Class has expanded rapidly across the Las Vegas Valley, with four existing locations. Kyle and his team also launched the artisan specialty coffee concept Almond & Oat with two locations so far and a third coming soon. 

Outside of work, Kyle is passionate about mentorship, self-improvement, and exploring global food and beverage trends that inform his vision for the future of café culture.
