Lauren Lathrop

As Director of Education at Mill City Roasters, Lauren plans and facilitates coffee roasting classes, manages special events, and oversees wholesale and private-label roasting programs. She served as a Head Judge for the US Coffee Championships from 2015-2023 and has worked with Pacific Barista Series since 2012 as a Brand Ambassador and R&D Barista. Through her career in the coffee community, she has learned that high-quality training, consistent practices, and calibration with industry peers are essential for success.
