She currently works as a Beverage Market Developer at Oatly, partnering with beverage industry professionals to develop beverage programs and bring new ideas to market.

Before joining Oatly, Lena worked in specialty coffee with Counter Culture Coffee, supporting café partners through account management, education, training, and beverage development. Her experience spans coffee brewing and sensory education, barista training, menu development, and creating beverage concepts that connect specialty coffee with broader food, beverage, and cultural trends.

Alongside her work in the coffee industry, Lena creates content focused on coffee, food, travel, and the people and ideas shaping the industry. She is passionate about making coffee education approachable, having built community both online and behind the bar, and helping coffee professionals think beyond the cup.
