With a background in the outdoor industry, team development, and training, she brings a people-first approach to hiring, leadership, workplace culture, and operations. She is a big believer that clarity is kindness, especially when it comes to expectations, SOPs, and team communication. She is passionate about helping other small businesses become both financially healthy and genuinely great places to work.

When she isn’t working, she is homeschooling her son, sailing, or camping.
