Matthew Irish, Director of Coffee & Head Roaster at Toddy, LLC, has been heavily involved on the experimental side of cold brew from roasting and cupping, to brewing, kegging, and hands-on trials for clients and industry. He is an Authorized SCA Trainer, a PCQI, and a member of the Coffee Roaster’s Guild.
