Co-Owner, Director of the Roastery , Blueprint Coffee

Nora Brady is co-founder and co-owner of Blueprint Coffee, a specialty roaster and three coffee bars in St. Louis, MIssouri. Nora's career in specality coffee spans 17 years; she's an award-winning barista, competing in seven full cycles of the US Barista Campionships since 2009. Her work is animated by advocacy for gender equality and for employee rights and benifits in the industry. 

In 2013, Blueprint Coffee opened its doors in St. Louis. Since then, its footprint has growm to include three coffee bars and dedicated roasting headquarters and training lab. Blueprint Coffee fills the hoppers and shelves of quality-driven coffee bars and retailers across the country. Today, Blueprint is proud to remain collectively owned and operated by a group of founding members, including Nora. As Director of the Roastery, Nora managers Blueprint's sourcing and roasting operations, wholesale partnerships, training and education program, web store and sales + marketing.
