Paul Spears is the co-owner and operator of Co-Work Coffee, a specialty roastery and café in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. He oversees roasting, green coffee sourcing, and menu development, and co-founded the business with his wife, Katie. Before entering the coffee industry, Paul worked as a touring musician.
