Ricardo Acebedo-Diaz is a coffee professional, entrepreneur, and co-founder of Magnifico Coffee Roasters, a Colombian-American family business established in Chicago in 2021. The company focuses on sourcing and roasting specialty coffees from Central and South America.
Ricardo leads sourcing, roasting, production, and operational strategy at Magnifico, overseeing green coffee selection, roast profile development, quality control, inventory systems, and wholesale operations.
With training from the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA), he brings together expertise in roasting, sensory evaluation, and operational strategy to drive quality, consistency, and sustainable growth.
