i'm the chef and co-owner of mémoire cà phê based here in portland, or. i moved here 7 years ago from san jose, ca with the dreams of becoming a chef, and opened my food cart, matta., in my first year of living here. from the success of my food cart, i was able to grow and open my first brick and mortar last year in 2024.
