I started my dive into the coffee tech world by the helps of a roasting company in Seattle in 2010. I ran around Puget Sound installing and repairing all different manner of brewers, espresso machines, water filtration systems, and grinders till I had the opportunity to work for Synesso in 2014. I continued my electrical degree while employed at Synesso, and quickly learned every step of the manufacturing process for building and testing newly created espresso machines. The evolution and development at Synesso has grabbed my engineering brain's attention and has me asking 'what new systems will be used for brewing espresso in the future'.
