Sandra Elisa Loofbourow is a certified Q Instructor through CQI, a seasoned green buyer, roaster, barista, and published author. She is co-founder of Raise the Bar, a 501(c)(3) non profit committed to coffee education and Openflor, which support exporters and producers with strategy and sales. Graduating from ZHAW center for Coffee Science in 2026, Sandra is committed to building a sustainable, ethical, and quality-focused coffee supply chain.
