Stacey Lynden is the Cupping Lab Manager at Swiss Water Decaffeinated Coffee Inc , where she and her team oversee the sensory evaluation and quality for all of the coffee Swiss Water® purchases and all of the decaf that they produce. With over 20yrs working in coffee, her experience spans roasting, sensory evaluation, coffee education, and green coffee sourcing. Stacey is the 2024 & 2025 Canadian Coffee in Good Spirits Champion and is passionate about advancing quality and creating more inclusive specialty coffee experiences.
