Steve Chang

Steve is the CEO and Managing Partner of HNF & Associates, a Food & Beverage Consulting Firm and the parent company of Copa Vida Café and True Beans Coffee Roasters. He co-founded Copa Vida Café, a Southern California based Specialty Coffee brand with 8 units, with his wife, Elena Chang and has also been the co-creator and CEO of LiftOff Coffee and Tea, 8 unit coffee company in partnership with Walmart. Steve Chang has been in the food service business for over 25 years and has experience in product development, quality assurance, marketing, systems management, business development and operations. He is driven by his faith and family and loves the food and hospitality industry. He believes that great food, coffee and tea can be the basis on which community can be built and see its ability to bridge cultural divides.
