Steve Green is the founder and president of Mill City Roasters, where he has spent the last decade developing advanced specialty coffee roasting systems and making commercial coffee education accessible to all. Prior to entering the coffee industry, Steve spent decades as an industrial designer and engineer, developing machinery and software for the aviation, automotive, medical device, and 3D printing sectors. A champion for coffee entrepreneurs, Steve focuses on teaching roasters how to build scalable businesses, cultivate brand equity, and master their craft. He is also the visionary behind RoastPATH®, a cutting-edge SaaS profile-tracking platform for the roasting profession.
