Through her work, she introduces international audiences to the rich flavors, unique brewing methods, and cultural heritage of South Indian filter coffee otherwise known as Kaapi
Driven by a mission to create meaningful impact across the coffee value chain, Swetha Raju focuses on supporting coffee farmers and promoting a circular economy model that prioritizes sustainability, fair value, and long-term resilience for producing communities across Karnataka,India.
