Terika Raak
Terika Raak has been in the coffee industry for more than 20 years and continues to find excitement in learning something new every day. As Head Judge of Coffee Fest’s Latte Art World Championship Open (LAWCO), she brings her expertise and passion for competition to the stage, helping to elevate latte artists from around the country.
She also serves as Head Judge on the United States Barista Championship (USBC) Competitions Committee, further contributing to the specialty coffee competition scene.
Terika has been teaching latte art at Coffee Fest for over 10 years, offering expert guidance to both beginner and advanced coffee professionals. In her current position, she oversees the Seattle-area wholesale operations for Caffè Umbria, supporting cafes and coffee businesses with high-quality coffee and industry expertise.
