Ydaiber (e-DYE-ber) Orozco is a Loan Intake Specialist at Inclusive Action for the City, where she has spent the past two years supporting small business owners across Los Angeles in accessing responsible, affordable capital. She works closely with entrepreneurs to assess loan readiness and help them navigate financing options that support sustainable growth.

With a background in hospitality and finance, Ydaiber brings a practical, real-world perspective to her work. She previously served as a Catering Director for HBO in NYC and held a role in finance at HUM Nutrition, experiences that shaped her understanding of both operations and financial management.

She holds a degree in Hotel Management and is especially passionate about supporting business owners in the food and beverage space. By combining her experience across hospitality, finance, and entrepreneurship, she is committed to helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses without taking on harmful debt.
