Participants will learn about the origin of coffee, understanding over and under extraction and how to troubleshoot in the event of inconsistent shots of espresso, the art of dialing in shots as well as game-changing milk steaming techniques. This class equips individuals with the theoretical knowledge necessary to create delicious and professionally crafted coffee beverages.
