Taught by our Latte Art World Championship Open (LAWCO) judges, this 3-hour small-group workshop offers intensive instruction on the core techniques of crafting espresso-based beverages. You'll receive personal, hands on coaching and time on the machine, making it ideal for baristas looking to strengthen their foundational skills.

We offer this content in two flexible formats:

Espresso & Milk Foundations: One 3-hour combined session
Espresso Extraction Foundations + Latte Art Foundations: Two separate shorter workshops covering the same material
