Ready to pour your first heart? This beginner-level workshop introduces budding baristas to the building blocks of free pour latte art. Taught by judges from LAWCO (Latte Art World Championship Open), this class is perfect for those new to milk texturing and pouring who want to start creating visually appealing drinks.

Topics Covered

  • Fundamentals of milk steaming for latte art
  • Understanding milk texture and temperature
  • Pouring techniques for basic shapes: heart, dot, and simple tulip
  • Proper pitcher handling and body positioning
  • Hands-on practice with expert feedback

Attendees will leave with a strong foundation in milk steaming and the confidence to begin free pouring basic latte art designs with proper form and technique.

We offer this content in two flexible formats:

  • Espresso & Milk Foundations: One 3-hour combined session
  • Espresso Extraction Foundations + Latte Art Foundations: Two separate shorter workshops covering the same material

  • If you have not checked in or contacted us before the start, your seat may be given to someone on the waitlist
