Since 1992 Coffee Fest has been building and developing the American trade show that is ultra-relevant, well-respected and rewarding for attendees, exhibitors and sponsors alike. The exhibition hall at each Coffee Fest features everything found on either side of the counter in an upscale coffee shop including the counter. No matter what region of the country you exhibit in, Coffee Fest will exceed your expectations. Exhibitors come to Coffee Fest to secure new business. They leave Coffee Fest with valuable new clients, a broader network, inspired ideas, renewed energy and of course with more hugs than they’ve ever given or received at any other trade show anywhere.
After registering, you will be sent a confirmation to the e-mail address you provided. Please print this document and bring it with you to the registration counter at Coffee Fest. A staff member will scan the barcode and present you a badge.
To register for workshops after you have already registered to attend Coffee Fest, please log back in to the registration site with your credentials.
Yes, you are more than welcome to register when you arrive.
Only exhibitors are permitted to sell their products at Coffee Fest.
Children under the age of 16 will not be admitted into the exhibition hall at Coffee Fest.
Coffee Fest is a Business to Business trade show; therefore all attendees must be affiliated with a business that includes coffee, tea or related products. Those planning to open a business related to coffee and/or tea may attend as “new business not yet open.”
Badge re-prints are available at registration for $20.00. Please remember to bring your badge with you to the show each day, otherwise this could result in a re-print fee.
General admission and paid workshops are non-refundable. When you register for Coffee Fest you are required to review and agree to this.
