Attendance is for coffee or restaurant professionals only OR people seriously interested in getting started in the specialty coffee industry; not open to the public.

Since 1992 Coffee Fest has been building and developing the American trade show that is ultra-relevant, well-respected and rewarding for attendees, exhibitors and sponsors alike. The exhibition hall at each Coffee Fest features everything found on either side of the counter in an upscale coffee shop including the counter. No matter what region of the country you exhibit in, Coffee Fest will exceed your expectations. Exhibitors come to Coffee Fest to secure new business. They leave Coffee Fest with valuable new clients, a broader network, inspired ideas, renewed energy and of course with more hugs than they’ve ever given or received at any other trade show anywhere.  

You're still welcome! Coffee Fest has the start-up education, resources and companies to help planning your cafe or restaurant opening go smoothly. What we hear often is that our events are incredibly accessible for those looking to enter the industy. We offer several beginnger-level paid workshops and free seminars for you to learn about the industry and best practices. 

Our education will provide everyone on your staff the most up-to-date information on the topics you need to bring your business to the next level. We also offer a number of career-building sessions, suitable for all experience levels. Because of the registration system we use, a unique email for each registrant is necessary.

Since we've made tickets $21 for everyone for 2021, we are not offering a group discount this year. ($21 per person is roughly the same as the group discount we have offered in past years.)

$21 in 2021! Tickets are $21 per person until June 17. No early bird deadlines. No coupon codes. Just $21. Tickets purchased after each event starts (online & at the door) will be $40.

Because our pricing this year automatically includes a discount, you won't need any coupon codes or group rates to get the best price. You'll just need to be sure to get your tickets before the event you're attending starts.

While we believe in the power of face-to-face events and what they deliver; our focus is on what our customers need now and in the future and how we can deliver the experience to best meet those needs. Our teams are talking with our customers and working on a variety of opportunities to meet the needs of each market we serve including – virtual experiences, webinars, matchmaking of buyers and seller and industry roundtables, virtual product demonstrations, hosted buyer niche events and more.

Our team is following the government guidelines issued by the CDC and state and local officials with regard to the ongoing situation of the coronavirus/COVID-19.  Ensuring the safety of all exhibitors, attendees and staff at our events is our top priority.

After registering, you will be sent a confirmation to the e-mail address you provided. Please print this document and bring it with you to the Registration Counters at Coffee Fest. A staff member will scan the barcode and present you a badge. A copy of the confirmation on your cell phone is also accepted. If you are unable to bring a printed copy, you can still pick up your badge at the Registration Counters by providing your first and last name. 

Yes, you are more than welcome to register when you arrive. However, we encourage you to register before the event for a few reasons.

First, you'll pay more when you register on-site. Our on-site price in 2021 is $40. This allows you access to all days of the event, access to the exhibit show floor & to watch the daily competitions, and access to our free seminars.

Second, Coffee Fest is known for its comprehensive education program. As a part of that program, we offer several paid workshops on a variety of topics. Workshops are limited to a specific number of attendees which varies by each workshop class ranging from 10 people per class up to 40, depending on the topic. Many of these workshops sell out before the event starts. If you pre-register and add these workshops to your registration beforehand, you secure your ability to get the most from our events.

Keep an eye out in your email in-box for updated event information, especially as the event nears. Typically, we let registered attendees know about new classes, hotel updates, parking information, on-site concessions availability and other important show details via email.

To register for workshops after you have already registered to attend Coffee Fest, please log back in to the registration site with your credentials. 

We absolutely do! We encourage & invite industry press & local media to experience Coffee Fest with a complimentary media badge and to share thier experience with others. We do require proof that you are legitimately in the industry or a member of the press in order to qualify your press badge.

To qualify, you will be asked to provide the following information:

  • Complete contact information (name, title, publication, mailing address, phone and email address)
  • Media type
  • A link to your most recent article, blog post or video

Press credentials will be available only to the media who have written, published or produced a relevant article or news story within the last 6 months.

After review you will receive a confirmation email, or request for additional information.

Look for the Media Application button on the event page to submit your request to attend as media.

 

Only exhibitors are permitted to sell their products at Coffee Fest. 

Children under the age of 13 will not be admitted into the exhibition hall or classrooms at Coffee Fest San Antonio, Coffee Fest Atlanta and Coffee Fest PNW (Portland). Infants in personal carriers (no strollers) will be permitted with a signed release.

Children under the age of 16 will not be admitted into the exhibition hall or classrooms at Coffee Fest Anaheim 2021. (Note: No one under the age of 18 will be admitted into the Western Foodservice & Hospitality Expo.) No infants will be permitted.

Badge re-prints are available at registration for $20.00. Please remember to bring your badge with you to the show each day, otherwise this could result in a re-print fee.

There is! You can visit the registration page for the event you just attended. Under the ConnectMe Dashboard on the right hand side of the page, log in with your email address & password used to purchase your Coffee Fest badge. Once logged in, you can find the list of all the exhibitors who scanned your badge at the show under My Exhibitors. 

Coffee Fest is a business to business trade show; attendees must be affiliated with a business that includes coffee, tea or related products. 

Those planning to open a business related to coffee and/or tea may attend as “new business not yet open.”

 

General admission and paid workshops are non-refundable. When you register for Coffee Fest you are required to review and agree to this.

At this time, we only offer a full-event pass to our shows. With the number of free seminars, special events, competitions, panel discussions, the networking opportunities & full access to the exhibit show floor, we hope you'll agree that badge price reasonable – even if just used for one day. 

Coffee Fest does not provide visa invitation letters to attend or exhibit at our shows.
