Within 2 business days of purchase, you’ll receive an email from Coffee Fest Converge+ with the subject line: “Action Required: Complete Your Converge+ Setup”.
- Assign your scan licenses
- Add up to 3 lead qualifying questions
Note: You will need badge IDs to assign licenses. You can get this from your registration confirmation emails or contact coffeefest.es@clarionevents.com.

Log in to the Converge+ Insights dashboard to review and export your leads and notes for easy post-show follow-up. Available for 30 days after the event
On day one of the exhibit hall, you’ll receive an email with your Insights dashboard access from Coffee Fest Converge+ with the subject line: “Access to Your Coffee Fest Leads – Login to Your Converge+ Insights Dashboard.
