Roasters Row at Coffee Fest

• Your own carafe for pour overs (brewers are not provided)
• Your coffee, merch,  and business cards
• Your own grinder
• Disposable tasting cups, (4 oz. serving size limit)

• Roasters Row is a table-top only - not a traditional booth space
• Your display must remain within your table-top area
• No additional furniture or large signage allowed
• We do allow small pop-up banners (max 3' wide)

• No espresso machines or brew methods other than pour over unless pre-approved
• Additional electrical can be ordered at your own expense to support additional equipment like a grinder
• Coffee samples pours should be 2-4oz
• You're encouraged to sell coffee or merch at your table
• You may bring additional 5-gallon water jugs or purchase more via catering
• Provided equipment must be left in good working order and clean at the end of the show
