What makes Converge+ different from other lead capture tools? 

Converge+ combines badge scanning, voice capture, and full conversation recording (with consent) into one mobile platform. It uses AI to instantly analyze interactions, score leads, and generate personalized follow-up—giving you real-time insights and unmatched post-event ROI. 

How does Converge+ help improve post-event conversion rates? 

By capturing richer data—like voice notes, conversation context, and behavioral signals—Converge+ helps you follow up while interest is high. AI-powered segmentation and lead scoring make it easy to prioritize and personalize outreach, boosting conversion. 

What’s included in the Converge+ Scan license? 

The Scan license includes badge scanning, voice capture, lead scoring, and real-time email follow-up. 

Is there a demo or trial version available? 

Yes. You can request a demo or preview of Converge+ by contacting the Exhibitor Services team at coffeefest.es@clarionevents.com

What kind of data will I receive? 

You’ll receive lead details including contact info, role, company, conversation notes, and lead scoring—all accessible in the Converge+ Insights dashboard for 30 days post-event. 

Upgrades are available to unlock added features (segmentation, AI-driven insights, etc.), extend access length, and increase number of users. Contact coffeefest.es@clarionevents.com if you’re interested in learning more about upgrades. 

What security measures are in place to protect lead data? 

Data security is our top priority. All badge scans are encrypted, and our system prevents unauthorized third-party access. Converge+ is GDPR-compliant and follows industry best practices for data privacy. Data stays secure from capture to dashboard upload. 

I've purchased Converge+, now what?

Get set up quickly and confidently with everything you need to hit the ground running.

How quickly can I get set up before an event? 

Setup takes minutes. Once you receive your login, you can assign licenses to team members and add up to 3 lead qualifying questions.

When will I get my setup instructions email?

Within 2 business days of purchase, you will receive an email from Coffee Fest Converge+ with the subject line: “Action Required: Complete Your Converge+ Setup”.

What if I didn’t receive the access email? 

Check your spam folder first for an email from Coffee Fest Converge+ with the subject line: “Action Required: Complete Your Converge+ Setup”.  

If it’s not there, contact your Exhibitor Services Manager at coffeefest.es@clarionevents.com

Do I have to complete setup?

Yes. Setup is required to connect your team members to their scan licenses to begin scanning with Converge+. During setup, you can also add up to 3 lead qualifying questions.

Do I need to purchase a separate device? 

No separate device is needed—your phone is your scanner.

If you prefer or your business requires personal devices not be used, you may choose to rent through our chosen partner, Fello.

To Order, email Paul Bender (paulb@fello.com) with the following details:

  • Quantity of iPhones
  • Rental Start (Delivery) Date
  • Rental End (Return) Date
  • Shipping Zipcode (Full address will be confirmed later)
  • Any extra apps or customization requests
    • Clarion will provide the event mobile app details for configuration. If you have any additional customization requests, please share and note that there may be additional costs.
  • Any extra hardware needs (Example: Extra Battery Packs)

Paul will follow up with your estimated costs and provide a payment link.

Note: Credit card payments are preferred but Fello can accommodate checks or ACH on request. Please plan for additional processing fees and times.

Deadline: All orders must be placed and payments submitted by May 29, 2026 to avoid expedited shipping fees. Orders placed after this date need about a business day of turnaround from confirmation to delivery, and may incur rush or expedited shipping costs.

Do I need to download a separate app? 

No, you’ll receive a unique URL to access Converge+ scanning—no additional downloads required. 

I need to cancel my order. Can I be refunded?

Refunds are subject to event policies and timing. Please contact your Exhibitor Services Manager at coffeefest.es@clarionevents.com

How do I use Converge+ at the show?

Make the most of Converge+ onsite with tips for scanning, capturing, and following up in real time.

What if I don’t have Wi-Fi or cell service on the show floor? 

No problem — Wi‑Fi isn’t required for scanning. The app works in offline mode, so you can scan badges, manually enter leads, and add notes even without a connection. We recommend going online at the start and end of each day to sync your leads to the Insights dashboard. Some features are limited while offline, but your core lead capture still works. 

How do I start scanning?

At least 1 week prior to the event, you'll receive your unique URL to login to Converge+ Scan. 

Look for the email from Coffee Fest Converge+ with the subject line: “Your Converge+ license is ready!” 

Once you’ve clicked on your unique link, you can begin scanning with Converge+. Bookmark the link for quick and easy access! 

Is there a faster way to scan badges? 

Yes, you can rapidly scan with Converge+ – and we advise updating your camera and microphone access before you begin scanning. To update access, click on the 3 bars next to the URL. From the pop-up, click the 3 horizontal dots. From the page menu, scroll down to the website settings section and located “Camera” and “Microphone.” From the dropdown options, change access from Ask to Allow for both. Now you’ll no longer receive a pop-up when accessing scan.  

Can I make voice notes or record conversations?

Yes, with attendee consent, Converge+ allows you to capture recorded conversations – as well as voice notes – to help personalize your follow-up and improve lead quality. 

What happens after I scan a badge?

You can view all your scans on your Converge+ Scan homepage to review and edit notes or contact information. The data is sent to your Converge+ Insights dashboard, where it’s aggregated with notes and recordings.  

Is attendee consent required for recording conversations? 

Yes. You must obtain verbal consent before recording any conversation. The app includes a prompt to help facilitate this. 

Can I send follow-up emails directly from the app?

Yes. You will be able to send follow-up emails directly through the app when you click on the lead.

Can I add attachments to auto-generated emails?

Yes. When your email app opens up, you can attach files to the email. 

How long do I have access to the Scan tool? 

You will only have access to continue adding leads for 24 hours are the event ends. After this time, you can no longer add more leads. 

You will still have access to view your leads in the app for 4 weeks after the event; however, it’s more beneficial to view them in the Converge+ Insights dashboard where you can filter and export. 

What support is available during the event?

There will be dedicated staff at the show to support you located at the Converge+ Support Desk. 

What happens after the show?

On day one of the exhibit hall, you’ll receive an email with your Insights dashboard access from Coffee Fest Converge+ with the subject line: “Access to Your Coffee Fest Leads – Login to Your Converge+ Insights Dashboard”. 

You’ll have access for 30 days after the event closes. 

Premium tier users receive extended access and additional analytics. Contact coffeefest.es@clarionevents.com if you’re interested in learning more about upgrades.

Can I export my leads and notes?

Yes. You can download your leads as a CSV file from your Converge+ Insights dashboard.  

Can I send follow-up emails from the dashboard?

No. Currently, follow-up emails can only be sent through the scanning app. However, you can export your leads and send your own emails.
