BAG INSERT | $650

• Sponsor to provide product or flyer for 2,000 show bags. Page inserts no larger than 9" x 6", no full-sized inserts
• Coffee Fest will provide labor to place product/flyer in each show bag and will hand out or make available to attendees when they arrive at check-in counters

WELCOME EMAIL SPONSOR | $2,000

Put your message directly in front of every Coffee Fest attendee with an exclusive banner ad. As the Welcome letter sponsor, you have the opportunity to place a clickable banner ad inside the Welcome email. This event branded email is sent to attendees after they pick up their badge from Registration, it outlines a few key pieces of information attendees will want to know to navigate Coffee Fest. You provide a banner ad and URL to where you'd like attendees to visit. Coffee Fest can provide a few basic post-show analytics.

Our Conversation Corner holds panel discussions, forums, and provides a welcoming area for casual chats with resident industry leaders. 

• Sponsor Logo on the backdrop sign
• Sponsor recognition on email prospectors, newsletters, and social posts about the Conversation Corner Sponsorship to include option to MC sessions in the Conversation Corner
• Duties to be split evenly amongst sponsors, minimum guarantee of 2 sessions per sponsor per day
• Duties to include introducing the panel subject, panelists, and provide a brief sponsor shout-out. Script will be provided.
• Sponsor can hand out flyers, goodie bags, or swag to the attendees in the sessions that they MC

TOPIC SPONSORSHIPS | $500

A simple, high-visibility way to align your brand with education.

Our Topic Sponsorships are an affordable way for brands to gain exposure alongside our most popular Coffee Fest Trainer–taught sessions. Your logo is prominently featured on the session signage, digital schedule, and on-site materials. While you won’t be teaching the class, your brand will be recognized as the supporting sponsor of that topic — giving you strong visibility without the time commitment or resource investment of hosting your own session.

We are looking to partner with sponsors who are objective, dynamic, and have a strong passion for their specialty.

• Sponsor to prepare and teach a seminar on one of the Coffee Fest's keynote topics (for example: Drink Trends), in collaboration with Coffee Fest's Education Manager. Schedule to be confirmed 16 weeks prior to each show or signage late fees will apply
• Social post and select email marketing promotion, when available
• Session may be hosted in a designated classroom or in the sponsor's booth space
• Sponsor permitted to provide giveaways for classroom attendees
• Sponsor logo recognition on promotional digital marketing, and on-site signage, when applicable
• Sponsor can provide additional signage which must be approved by Coffee Fest Show Management

Coffee Fest will supply eco-friendly pens made from recycled coffee grounds, featuring the Coffee Fest logo on one side and your company logo on the other, creating a meaningful and lasting impression with every use.

We are looking for a sponsor to partner with us in an effort to reduce the environmental impact of our events. These custom tumblers are not just a keepsake, but a way to reduce single use waste created by sampling.

Attendees will cast their vote for "Best of Fest" from all exhibitors on the exhibit floor. The exhibiting company with the most votes will in the "Best of Fest" trophy, a digital ribbon and bragging rights.  A panel of judges will assess each product submitted in the Digital Product showcase on a common set of criteria in a room away from the exhibit hall. Judges will select the first place consumable and one first place non-consumable product.

Position your company as the go-to for all things dairy at Coffee Fest. Your dairy products will be used in the Latte Art Competition, our educational hands-on classes, and by numerous exhibitors on site. 

What's included:

• Recognition as the "Official Dairy Sponsor"
• Sponsor logo recognition on Official Show App and on Sponsor On-Site Signage
• Sponsor promotion on Coffee Fest social channels
• Sponsorship recognition in selected pre-show exhibitor marketing
• Sponsor can bring pop up banner for additional promotion in the Latte Art Competition and Hands-on Training venue

Sponsorship Requirements:

• Sponsor to provide and have available approximately: 150 gallons of whole milk (half of the content should be 1/2 gallons), 20 gallons of 2% milk (1/2 gallon size preferred), 25 quarts half & half, 15 quarts whipping cream, and 20 aerosol whip cream
• Sponsor to provide refrigerated dairy truck or work with Coffee Fest Show Management for alternative solution
• Vehicle spotting fees are sponsors responsibility (average $300-$500 roundtrip)
• Coffee Fest will order and pay for electrical outlet and labor requirements for refrigerated truck. Sponsor to provide electrical requirements by deadline provided by show management
• Placement of truck must be approved by Coffee Fest Show Management, but mutually agreed upon
• Booth space is sold separately if the sponsor wants their truck on the show floor or wants a dedicated booth space

Everybody knows the single largest ingredient in a cup of coffee is water, and also how important the quality of the water is to the end product. Your water will be used by exhibitors, in the Coffee Fest educational hands-on classes & in the Coffee Fest competitions. 

Coffee Fest to provide:

• A 10" x 10" booth space to be used as a fill-up station
• Sponsor can expand booth at their own expense
• Sponsor recognition on the milk/water/ice form in the Exhibitor Manual, exhibitor newsletters, and on the exhibitor booth drop 
• Sponsor recognition on on-site signage and select attendee marketing
• Complimentary clickable banner ad in (1) Newsletter or attendee promotional email per event or (4) total for the year
