Scams Targeting Coffee Fest Attendees and Exhibitors
Throughout the years, Coffee Fest has been a target of groups trying to offer all types of services from fictitious hotel arrangements to fraudulent lead generation services.

Coffee Fest Attendee List Rules
Coffee Fest does not sell, rent, or distribute any database lists, nor do we disclose email addresses. Statements claiming to offer these attendee lists are fraudulent. If you receive a message from a source outside of Coffee Fest, please do not interact with them. Valid Coffee Fest emails will include "Email ID Text" @CoffeeFest.com or "Email ID Text" @clarionevents.com.

Approved Coffee Fest Housing Vendor
Connections Housing is the only approved, official housing vendor for Coffee Fest. We understand that unauthorized housing companies may contact you to advertise cheaper rates or may imply or claim an affiliation with the show or Clarion Events. Unfortunately, with unauthorized housing companies past attendees and exhibitors have either: lost significant deposits, have been relocated with little or no warning, have not had the guest rooms they thought they had booked, or have not received reservations at the hotel they thought were confirmed.
The only email affiliated with Connections Housing is coffeefest@connectionshousing.com. Please report any unauthorized housing and travel solicitations to Coffeefest.ES@claionevents.com.
Unauthorized Service Providers
As an exhibitor, you may be contacted by unauthorized service providers for audiovisual, carpet, exhibitor directory listing, etc. - who claim to be affiliated with Coffee Fest. These solicitations may appear to provide cost savings; however, the rates listed could be misleading and, in some cases, the vendor may not be a credible supplier. Unless the email is coming from one of these addresses... it may be a scam - and we ask that you please proceed with caution!

Payment Reminder
Clarion here with a friendly reminder to always remain vigilant in relation to any change of beneficiary requests when processing payments to us. Bad actors frequently target small businesses and use a variety of tactics, including typosquatting, in an attempt to appear more convincing. If you ever have questions related to payment, changes in instructions from Clarion, or anything else, please always give us a call prior to issuing payment.
Directory Scam
We have been advised that Construct Data Publishers has been soliciting paid listing in their publication, FAIR Guide, from exhibiting companies of some of our shows. Please be advised that Clarion Events has no relationship or affiliation with this organization and does not recommend, approve or endorse any involvement or listing in the FAIR Guide on behalf of any of our exhibitors. As an exhibitor, your listing in Clarion Events' official Show Directories is always complimentary. Returning a signed contract to Construct Data Publishers will result in advertising obligations and fees so we wanted to make sure you were aware of this.
