  • @coffeefest.com or @clarionevents.com
  • Connections Housing, Official Housing Partner
  • The Official Contractors for each show
  • Convention Data Services (Official Registration and Lead Retrieval Partner

List Rental/Sale Scam

• Coffee Fest DOES NOT rent or sell attendee lists from any of our shows.

Housing Warning

• Connections Housing is the only approved and official housing vendor for Coffee Fest. We understand that unauthorized housing companies may be contacting you advertising cheaper rates and may imply, or claim, an affiliation with Coffee Fest or Clarion Events. Unfortunately, some past exhibitors have fallen prey and have either: lost significant deposits, been relocated with little or no warning, have not had the guest rooms they thought they booked, or have not received reservations at the hotel they thought were confirmed. Be sure to book your room(s) through Connections Housing.
