Supported by Coffee Fest with marketing, registration, staff assistance, and more, solidify your position as an industry authority with this cost-effective way to draw attention to your brand. 

Education Activation Sponsorship includes:

• Work with our Conference and Education Manager to propose and build a comprehensive program. Schedule to be confirmed 16 weeks prior to each show or signage late fees will apply
• Brand and design your 20x20 space, furniture package to be agreed upon between the sponsor and Coffee Fest
• Backdrop banner to be paid for by Coffee Fest and shipping show to show. Sponsor is responsible to create graphic for banner, due 120 days prior to the show start date
• Coffee Fest will provide basic electrical and AV (TV and Mic). Sponsor is responsible for laptop
• Logo on session and room listings
• Advertising as a key education partner on website, social media, email, and Official Show App
• Social post and select email marketing promotion of your education sessions with clickable banner ad, when available
• App push notifications, social media, and/or other promotion throughout the show
• Sponsor is responsible for their own set up, pack down, teaching, clean up, provision of all supplies, and any additional electrical or furniture needs

Classroom Sponsor | $1,500/show

Classroom Sponsorship includes:

• Official MC Sponsor for one seminar classroom at Coffee Fest
• Sponsor recognition on classroom schedule sign, on classroom podium and applicable onsite sponsor signage
• Sponsor has the opportunity to hand out goodie bags or swag each day in the class
• Sponsor to introduce speaker at the beginning of each class on all conference days of the show
• Sponsor permitted to give 2 sentence introduction about their company (must be pre-approved by Coffee Fest)
• Sponsor to remind audience to take class surveys

Session Sponsor | $1,500/show

We are looking to partner with sponsors who are objective, dynamic, and have a strong passion for their specialty. 

• Sponsor to prepare and teach a seminar on one of the Coffee Fest's keynote topics (for example: Drink Trends), in collaboration with Coffee Fest's Education Manager. Schedule to be confirmed 16 weeks prior to each show or signage late fees will apply
• Social post and select email marketing promotion, when available
• Session may be hosted in a designated classroom or in the sponsor's booth space
• Sponsor permitted to provide giveaways for classroom attendees
• Sponsor logo recognition on promotional digital marketing, and on-site signage, when applicable
• Sponsor can provide additional signage which must be approved by Coffee Fest Show Management

Classroom Notepad Sponsor | Pricing Varies

Education is a big part of the Coffee Fest experience. As the notepad sponsor, you will provide your branded notepad to attendees of our classes to take notes on. Every time it is used, it provides yet another valuable impression for your company. 

• Sponsor to source, brand, and provide 2,000 notepads per show
• Sponsor logo recognition on applicable signage

Classroom Pen Sponsor | $1,000/SHOW

Classrooms offer valuable and relevant education are in high gear each day of Coffee Fest. As the pen sponsor, you will provide attendees of these classes with pens to take notes with. Each time it is used or looked at it provides another impression for your company at the show and beyond. 

• Sponsor to source, brand, and provide 2,000 pens per show
• Sponsor recognition by MCs in classrooms
• Pens will be placed in attendee show bags
• Sponsor logo recognition on applicable signage

CUPPING CORNER SUPPORTING SPONSORSHIPS | $2,000/SHOW

• Coffee Fest will promote the Cupping Corner and its sponsors on at least one dedicated Social Post, select attendee marketing prospector emails, education and conference schedule, and onsite signage when applicable
• Afternoon cupping hosts are required to coordinate with Coffee Fest's Conference & Education Manager for their sessions

PRIVATE CUPPING SESSIONS | $2,000/90 Minute Session

3 per Day

• Cupping Session: Host is granted a 90-minute block in the Cupping Corner to host a cupping of their coffees (or other content to be confirmed with the Conference Manager)
• Coffee Fest to provide set space for 30, including equipment and tools
• Coffee Fest will provide (1) 5-galloon water jug (per session)
  • More can be purchased at your own expense
• Attendee Discount Code to share with your audience
• Afternoon cupping hosts are required to coordinate with Coffee Fest's Conference & Education Manager for their sessions
• Additionally, the classroom must be cleaned and reset, your own responsibility, within the allotted time.

• *Please Note: Since this is a cupping rental, it is not connected our Conference and Education Program and will therefore not be included on the Conference & Education Schedules. We will produce a sign with a QR code leading to a private cupping schedule.
